John Jezzini Family Foundation: A New Chapter in Giving Back

I'm proud to announce the launch of the John Jezzini Family Foundation, a new philanthropic effort focused on expanding educational and economic opportunity for individuals and communities in need.

As Founder and CEO of JLS Capital Group, my work has always centered on a simple belief: that disciplined capital allocation and long-term thinking can create lasting value — not just in markets, but in the lives of the people those markets touch. The Foundation is an extension of that belief. It's my way of directing capital toward opportunity outside of the market, not just within it.

Why I Started the John Jezzini Family Foundation

Over the course of my career in private equity, real estate, and business strategy, I've seen firsthand how access — to education, to capital, to a second chance after hardship — can change the trajectory of a person's life. The John Jezzini Family Foundation exists to help create that access for people who might not otherwise have it.

Rather than committing to a single fixed cause, the Foundation evaluates communities and organizations case by case, based on alignment with our core values: opportunity, dignity, and long-term impact.

Our Three Programs

The John Jezzini Family Foundation operates through three core programs:

• Jezzini Scholarships — Need-based scholarships supporting students who show promise and drive but face financial barriers to education.

• Community Grants — Direct grants to organizations doing meaningful, on-the-ground work in the communities they serve.

• Disaster Relief — Rapid-response support for communities recovering from natural disasters and conflict.

Looking Ahead

This is just the beginning. In the months ahead, the John Jezzini Family Foundation will be announcing new scholarship recipients, community grant partners, and disaster relief initiatives.
